INTEGRATIVE THERAPY

Integrative psychotherapy is a flexible approach to therapy that combines different techniques and ideas to meet your unique needs.

It draws from various therapies—like cognitive, emotional, or body-focused approaches—to help you explore and address your challenges.

This type of therapy looks at the whole person, considering your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences, to help you grow, heal, and reach your goals in a way that feels personalised and supportive.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a safe, effective therapy that helps people heal from trauma or distressing experiences.

It works by helping your brain process upsetting memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer affect you as much.

During EMDR, you’ll focus on a specific memory while following movements, tapping or sounds. This helps to reframe the memory in a way that feels calmer and less distressing.

CBT-I

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a proven treatment for sleep problems. It works by identifying and changing the thoughts and habits that keep you from sleeping well. CBT-I focuses on:

  • Teaching you how sleep works and how to make healthier routines.

  • Adjusting your schedule to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

  • Helping you manage stress or worries that might keep you awake.
